• All guests must prove that they are at least 16 years of age (or at least 13 years of age and accompanied by a parent or legal guardian) and sign a waiver of liability to use club facilities; a parent or legal guardian must sign the waiver of liability on behalf of guests under 18 years of age.
• A current picture ID (with birth date) must be presented for admittance to the facility.
This free guest pass must be activated within 30 days from the date emailed and once activated at the club, the pass is valid for 7 consecutive days.
• Passes issued for over 1 month will not be honored.
• Limit of one free pass per person every six months.
• Guests cannot use consecutive passes for admittance to the facility or other LA FitnessCity Sports locations.
• A fitness analysis must be filled out and guest must have an orientation with a membership counselor before using a pass. Membership and/or personal training options may be presented.
• Amenities and classes may vary by club.
• Extra charge for some amenities including courts, leagues, personal training and Kids’ Klub (babysitting)
• Not available for resale or redeemable for cash. This pass cannot be sold or listed for sale on-line auction sites such as eBay or uBid. Any such sale or listing is prohibited and will void the pass.
• Redeemable by non-members only.
• LA FitnessCity Sports Esporta Fitness is working in conjunction with the police department to insure that no acts of misconduct occur within the facility.

In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, hours of operation and available amenities may vary by club. Some amenities may be temporarily closed and protocols which may include (but are not limited to) social distancing, occupancy limits, and screening requirements will be observed in compliance with state government guidelines and local public health mandates.
