My VIP Rewards

To participate in the Program, you must be 18 years of age or older and a current LA Fitness member in good standing. Employees, contractors, directors, and officers (and the immediate family members and those living in the households of such individuals) of LA Fitness, its parents, subsidiaries, and affiliated companies are not eligible to participate. Your participation in the Program is subject to, and constitutes acceptance of, all of the Program Terms and Conditions contained herein. If you do not agree to these Terms and Conditions (or any revised version of these Terms and Conditions), your sole recourse is to terminate your participation in the Program.

Rewards must be redeemed at LAFitness.com/VIPRewards. To qualify as a “Qualified Referral” and to receive referral points, the person you refer must: 1) be 18 years of age or older; 2) sign up for a new LA Fitness membership within 90 days of the date of your referral; 3) use the LA Fitness VIP Guest Pass sent to their email address when signing up; and 4) keep their new LA Fitness membership active for at least 10 days. Referrals (and referral credits) expire 90 days after the date of that each referral is made. If the person you refer has redeemed an LA Fitness guest pass or has been an LA Fitness member within the 6-month period prior to your referral, such referral will not qualify. Short term memberships of three (3) months or less are excluded. Only individual memberships are eligible. Corporate Wellness memberships are excluded. Only one LA Fitness member is eligible to receive referral points for each referred person. The LA Fitness member who refers the individual first will receive the referral points, provided that such referral was made within the 90-day period prior to the referred member signing up. If the person you refer has previously unsubscribed from LA Fitness marketing correspondence, they will not receive an LA Fitness VIP Guest Pass and thus will not qualify. If the person you refer is on a do-not-call registry, they will not receive marketing calls from us. For Canada, a representative from LA Fitness will call your referral(s) and will only email them an LA Fitness VIP Guest Pass if they provide their email address and consent to email.

By participating in the Program, you agree to release, discharge, and hold harmless LA Fitness, its affiliates, subsidiaries, employees, directors, officers, agents, successors, and assigns from any and all claims, losses, actions, and damages arising out of or related to your participation in the Program. Any attempt by any person to damage, undermine, or abuse the legitimate operation of the Program may be a violation of criminal and civil laws. Should any such attempt be made, LA Fitness reserves the right to disqualify any such person and seek damages and other remedies (including attorneys’ fees) to the fullest extent permitted by law.

All decisions of LA Fitness regarding the Program are final. LA Fitness reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify/revise, or suspend the Program (including the points, rewards, or other Program details) and/or these Program Terms and Conditions at any time. Such revisions, modifications, or termination will become effective upon posting on the LA Fitness VIP Rewards website. Your continued participation in the Program shall constitute acceptance of any modifications or revisions of these Terms and Conditions. In the event of that the Program is terminated, you may elect to redeem your referral points accumulated but unredeemed based on the number of points you have as of the date of termination and the rewards available at that time. No compensation of any sort or at any time will be provided to you for referral points that you have accumulated but have not chosen to redeem for rewards. LA Fitness may, at any time and in its sole and absolute discretion, substitute any reward for a different reward of equal or greater value.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, by participating in the Program, you agree that the laws of the State of California will govern the Program and that any claim, issue or dispute arising with respect to the Program will be conclusively resolved without right of appeal by binding arbitration conducted in Orange County, California according to the commercial arbitration rules of the American Arbitration Association. Before commencing arbitration, the parties will use good faith efforts to negotiate a business resolution for a period of no less than 30 days after the claim, issue or dispute arises. To the extent any claim related to the Program is permitted to be brought in any court, you agree that (a) such action shall be filed exclusively in the federal or state courts of Orange County, California and you hereby consent and submit to the personal and exclusive jurisdiction of such courts for the purposes of litigating any such action; (b) such action shall be resolved individually, NOT as part of a class action; and (c) any claims/judgments/awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, but NOT attorney’s fees.
